Grapefruit Seed Extract = GSE MIRACLE!

Finding nature's miracle's is my idea of finding treasure. I couldn't begin to start telling you how much I ♥ GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract). A dear friend of mine introduced me to GSE about five years ago and since then I've used it to

• deworm my cats
• keep fleas at bay
• help kill my acne breakouts
• as a muti-purpose house cleaner
• room deodorizer
• fruit and veg cleaner
• make my own hand sanitizer
• cure my family and pets of colds
• make spray for sore throats
• The Limits Are Endless!!   

I like to keep GSE tablet's and liquid in my house for various reasons. The tablets don't have the bitter taste that the liquid can have so it's easier to ingest and also easier to crush and add to my pets food or pill them when needed.

Liquid form

Just a few drops of the liquid GSE can go along way. Once you buy it you can find a few recipes behind the label (pull back). I like to add 2-3 drops every time I change my animals water bowls. This is great for the digestive system and also helps keep bacteria and virus's at bay.

• 3-5 drops on damp palms can act as a squeaky clean face wash (Keep away from getting in eyes)
• 1-2 drops on your toothpaste can help fight against bacteria in gums and on tongue.
• 1 drop can help clear up acne when directly applied to blemish **CAUTION** I can use it at full strength but please do a small test patch at full strength, it can irritate or have a burning sensation if skin is too sensitive.
• 5-10 drops in a small bottle of water can be used as a mist to help allergies (avoid spraying directly in eyes; may burn or irritate eyes)
• 20-30 drops with a few drops of your favorite essential oil is a great body freshener or post workout freshener. Minus the essential oil it can even be used as a feminine refresher.
• 50-60 drops in a large squirt bottle can be used as a multi-purpose disinfectant and also as a cat litter box sanitizer. Once all waste has been removed lightly mist entire top layer of cat litter for a great odor tamer and refresher.
• 1-3 drops can be added to your dishwasher or dish water for added sanitation.

Seriously, the use of this stuff is unlimited  I'll even add a few drops to my body wash. Grapefruit Seed Extract has saved me money. One of the stories I like to share is how it saved me about $200+ a few years ago. I had five cats at the time and it was summer time. We all know one flea means there's more. My cats all came down with tape worms which didn't surprise me since they all shared the same cat boxes. It only takes one flea or larvae or worm to be ingested and *>BOOM<* tapeworms! So gross! I really didn't want to take all the cats to my vet because having worked in the veterinarian field I knew they needed to do a fecal sample and analyze it to ensure they had tapeworms and then all be given a deworming medicine which all adds up to one hefty bill.

I did some quick research on how to use GSE to get rid of worms in animals and that was when I learned about GSE in tablet form. I started with half a tablet in the morning and then half a tablet at night then moved to one tablet twice a day then two tablets twice a day as well as having an even stricter cleaning regimen on the cat boxes. I knew it would take longer than what the veterinarian would've given me so I had to be patient and within a week all the worms were gone and it only cost me $18.00! Knowing there was still a flea problem being summer I also sprayed my carpets daily with GSE water and then shampooed my animals with a mild shampoo with about 40 drops of GSE added to each shampooing per animal.

I realize this is a lot of work and some people may not want to do all this but I personally didn't mind. I'd rather have a crazy week of organic healing than a day of knowing I pumped my beloved pets and house with critter killing chemicals.
